Turquoise skiff at dawn at Catpoint Creek

This is one of my favorite photos of the last year or two. Early morning, beautiful light, great solitude. It is one of the pieces that I will have on display at the Rappahannock River Waterfowl Show on the 17th and 18th of March. It is also at the Rappahannock Art League in Kilmarnock where I have a number of photos on display and for sale. If you can, please stop in to the RRWS which is in White Stone.

  1. Hi Kathryn,
This is one of my very favorite photographs. It's been over a year since we saw each other. I'm not painting, (argh!) During the winter months I was very busy with my job, but this summer I've been a bear to motivate. Maybe raw meat.. or barn photography.. I've asked a friend to sit for a portrait, & expect that to happen mid to late August. Are you in Kilmarnock since Connie closed? Do you have anything going in Tappahannock? I would like to have lunch and catch up, or better yet get our cameras together. Take care, Linda Boatman.
